Costumer data gone

Hello.
All client data (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc) are completely gone for all of 2019 and earlier. In WooCommerce settings I have set costumer data to be stored for three years, since it’s required by Swedish law that for a client to file complaints within three years.

Unfortunately I cannot tell if the error occurred after an update at some point. This happened a while back and I simply haven’t had the time to file a ticket until now.

Any ideas of why the data was erased?
