    Yes, of course the emails are very important. We aren’t having any other reports of this, though, and I am unable to reproduce it myself.

    Do you have any plugins that are doing anything with mail on your server, by chance?

    Can you check your server PHP error logs to see if anything shows up in there about failures when sending out email from PHP?

    Can you check the web server logs to see what it’s showing?

    We’ll need to track down exactly where the failure is happening. The code is definitely triggering the email to be sent if you’re submitting offers and responding accordingly, so if they’re not getting sent (and aren’t just getting caught in spam) then again, we’ll have to track down where it’s failing.

    By the way, we are a little bit behind on getting updated for WooCommerce 2.6.x so if you have already updated WooCommerce that could potentially be causing an issue.

    I haven’t seen anything specific to email that would need adjustments, and we haven’t run into this issue while running tests during development of the update, but we’ll certainly look into that and make sure there isn’t a compatibility issue there.
