    Hi. The plugin is calculating the delivery cost based on each product instead of all the products as a group. For example if I add 2 products it will calculate R100 for product 1 and R100 for product 2 and it doubles the delivery cost. Please can you assist. Thank you.

    Hello,

    The current plugin has a global “Product Quantity Per Parcel” setting. Please advise the value you set.

    Please note that this setting will be dropped on the next plugin release, expected this week.

    We will be adopting the use of 3 different parcel sizes and the plugin will compare a combined cart item(s) dimensions against the 3 sizes and submits whichever parcel size the items fit in.
