Cost Me

  • Similar to a blog post online, I had a situation where Rank Math led to Google Search Console sites not actually being verified after a few months. Not only that, but the site maps gradually start to get errors with indexing. I just uninstalled this plague after months of trying to pretend it was awesome. Rank Math is a mirage plugin that deceptively causes enormous problems behind the scenes of (perhaps) larger websites.

    Sorry to hear about the experience you had with our plugin.

    However, many large websites are using our plugin without any issues. And our plugin only helps you to add the verification tag to your site, it doesn’t directly handle the verification of your GSC property.

    For the sitemaps, would you please share the errors you were facing with your sitemap or the URL of your support topic (if you created any) so we can check this further? Please also feel free to share the details about any other issues you faced with our plugin.

    He’s right. This plugin starts off great, and then BOOM. Nothing works, causes 500 server errors etc. And I am a full stack dev and I couldn’t fix all your errors.
