CORS Issue (svg, fonts, etc.) on OpenLiteSpeed

For those who are having CORS issues with Optimole with SVGs and other file types like fonts.

The recommended solution in all the other threads I can see in the support forum recommends an .htaccess rule for Allow *.

This works on Apache servers that can parse this rule.

However, on OpenLiteSpeed this rule can’t be parsed and must be set in the web admin as per this guide:
