Corrupted theme deleted via FTP but still errors?

Hi i was trying to create a child theme (which i named colorway upgrade) when i got the error message below.

I have deleted all the all themes apart from the defaults via ftp and all the plugins but still i get the same issue and can’t get to the dashboard.

Please help me.
