• Tried an install with Woocommerce (to try and set up a European site) and immediately lost the use of the plugins listings page with a 404 error when clicking to return after install.

Tried for quite a while to figure out what happened search for other similar problems and nothing out there – I realised the only option was to pay Woo themes immediately for support. Thought this was not on.

All the rest of my site seemed functional – so I continued working on page content for a couple of days whilst trying to find a solution. When I had to get the plugins page working to I went via FTP to remove into a backup folder the WPML files. Plugins listing page remained absent from back-office. Not a cure.

Tried to download the plugins.php manually, I couldn’t download it. Filezilla indicated it was corrupted.

Uploaded a plugins page from another up to date WP 3.8 and it resolved the issue immediately. Reuploaded the contents of the plugin to properly remove it.

Two days later I realise my index page was equally corrupted so applied the same solution (from another WP 3.8).

    Waste of time.

  • I experienced the exact same problem! And the support is non-existent. Complete waste of time and money!

Sorry to hear you had problems with our plugin. We’d love to address and resolve these if you can provide more information. Like stated in the title, this plugin work together with WPML and this means that the WPML support covers WooCommerce Multilingual as well.
