Corrupted files & files not found

  • Recent update seem to have added a number of bugs. When I optimize pdf’s the files are often corrupted (they’re more than 99% compressed and can’t be opened). A second try does work, so the original files are ok.

    Also, in ‘Other media’ newly added filed are not found when I refresh. This used to work. A workaround: I created a new folder and added this to ‘Additional media folders’. As long as it isn’t inside a folder that is already watched, it works.

    Hi @gevoelvoorhumus,

    Can you please confirm you are using version 4.15.2? If so, can you please send us one of the original PDF’s that when optimized becomes corrupted?

    Yes, I have the latest version. But I think it has been going on for multiple versions, I just hoped it would go away. I’ ll try to send a pdf through the mail.
