Corrupted Files

  • Hi,

    All files I sent to wp customer area > file manager on dowload are corrupted.

    I can’t open any files after download, but if I download direct on ftp they are working.

    Anyone can help me?

    Do you have NExtGen Gallery too? Try to disable other plugins to see if there is a conflict.

    Hi,

    I disabled all plugins one by one and the conflict is on “WP Fastest Cache”…

    Tried to change to “WP Super Cache” and the same error appear.

    I disabled all caches plugins in my site for the moment.

    Hi, I use WP Fastest Cache but not for logged user and downloaded files are not corrupted.
