Corrupted file download

    Hi, we use the pro version of this plugin for this site https://www.consulenzepaci.it/

    When user upload and then download .doc file they have strange characters like these “???D?#à?±#á################;###t? ################# ###################t???########???????????????????”

    This doesn’t happen when i upload and download the same files with the media manager.

    Can you help me?
