Corresponding link on multi language wordpress website

Hello guys,

I’m looking for a solution to this problem for long time…
I have 3 WP websites with 3 languages: language1, language2 and language3.
I’m looking for a plugin or any solution that can redirect me to the corresponding URL depending on what page/post I am.
Let’s say I’m on page X on language1 and I click on language switcher in the menu to go on language2, is there a solution to redirect the user to the same page X but in language2 (corresponding page) ?

I hope i explained good, EN is not my main language, thank you very much.
