Correct way to follow up on someone’s comment?

  • When replying to someone’s comment, should I make a comment of my own (which means I have to approve myself!) or is there some better way to do it?

  • 1. You should be pre-approved.

    2. Follow-up via comment is the usual way. If you choose to respond by another method, it’s a nice touch if you also leave a comment saying so.
