Correct user type

Just getting started with PropertyHive. I see when setting up new users – who should be able to add and edit properties but not make wider WordPress changes – there are user types ‘Property Hive Agent’ and ‘Property Hive Contact’, as well as other types such as Subscriber, Contributor, Author, Editor, Administrator etc. What type should I be using?
