Correct Text fails to display on the front-end of site

  • I configured W3 Total Cache (v0.9.5.2) on this site here: https://aplusurgentcarenj.com/

    On the front end the text seen is this: https://pasteboard.co/njzBtgvAV.png

    But when I am logged in as an admin, when I view the front-page it display the correct text: https://pasteboard.co/njAs3UPI2.png

    I’ve purged the caches many times from the plugin and the issue did not resolve. I’ve also done a conflict check and can confirm it is unrelated to the other plugins. The incorrect text also displays in Chrome Incognito and FireFox even when their browser caches are cleared. I am not using CloudFlare or any other CDN. There is no server caching

    If anyone can offer a suggestion, I am all ears.
