    Hello,

The stats on my client’s website have been buggered after it was disconnected, then reconnected to JetPack. Historical stats are not being included in the admin panel.

Could you rectify this issue for us? The domain is included above.

    Cheers,

  • I have the same problem. The stats resetted one day and I don’t stats started from 0. Is it possible to fix it and how?

@mikehermary Jetpack is detecting two identical sites, the production site and the staging site, which is causing the problem. Jetpack doesn’t know which of those sites should have the Jetpack Premium plan, or which stats should be displayed on which site.

To fix that, I had to disconnect Jetpack on both sites.

Next, please make sure Jetpack is in staging mode on the staging site. This will help prevent the same issue from occurring in the future. You can find instructions for that here.

After that, please follow this guide to reconnect Jetpack on both sites.

@picero Please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome guidelines. That way, we’ll have your website URL and the other information we need to help you.
