Correct password never work for the first time

    The correct password never works for the first time till then I tried a wrong password during the signing up and registration process.

    Tried following:
    1) No plugin conflict I tried deactivating all the plugins with only profile builder activated.
    2) Tried with Twenty Twenty theme.
    3) Deactivating & activating the profile plugin
