Correct Answer Crashes Quiz

    I have just created my first course and included some quiz. I think I have done something wrong.

    All the course runs fine until the final quiz, when the correct answer is selected the course seems to crash and either loop back to the same page or freeze with a grey overlay. If the wrong answer is selected the course completes, then looking in the dashboard it says failed.

    I’d appreciate any help on this.

    Is there any documentation for this plugin? I can’t seem to find links to anything.

    Hello wrconsultancy,

    I’m testing now CoursePress with quiz and I’m not able to replicate this issue.
    I could select a correct answer and finish course.

    Can you make sure that you have latest plugin version? Can you also show me screenshots from your quiz? I will try to replicate it.

    Also please run conflict test for other plugins and theme (see if on default WordPress theme like twenty seventeen it will behave the same) and let me know about the results.

    I don’t think it is an error. I think I have something wrong in my course settings.

    This remains unresolved. We have established that there is an issue with the plugin using a background image for the course completion certificates. When previewing the certificate with a custom background I get the error message below. I have tried both .png and .jpg files for the background. I am still waiting for a solution.
