Cornerstone Plugin and Permalink structure have messed up my feed

I installed the Cornerstone plugin for sections on my site. I didn’t set the permalink structure correctly and now there are duplicate guids that say, <guid isPermaLink="false">https://thatmacnerd.com/auto-draft/</guid> in my feed XML at https://thatmacnerd.com/feed/.

Somehow, between not paying attention to the permalink structure and adding custom feeds from Cornerstone, the GUIDs got messed up. I am using a child theme from Make.

ANy help would be appreciated.
