Cornerstone not loading on my Mac

  • I have very few skills when it comes to this stuff but I have read through most of the other posts to see it would help. I have cleared the cache, deactivated the plugins but something is still keeping me out of Cornerstone when using my mac. I have logged on using a windows based pc and it seems to work fine??? My photos and files are on my mac and need to be able to use it. Cornerstone has worked in the past using the Mac, not sure if some update has caused the problem ???

    Hi, can you please provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you say “something is still keeping me out of Cornerstone when using my mac”. Cornerstone’s functionality has been tested to be same across platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux).
