[Core Version] Pantheon 404 Error

We are running the embedded, “Core+” version of Time.ly, and our hosted calendar is showing a Pantheon 404 error rather than showing our calendar. We can’t login to the portal to submit a priority support ticket because of this. We’ve also tried sending an email to the general support email address, but it bounced back.
Any ideas what’s going on and how we fix it? Our calendar is supposed to be located at https://at.umw.edu/. Thanks.
