    Hi,
Since the launch of WordPress 5.0 I have been unable to complete automatic updates to core. Each time I run the update it stalls at the unpacking stage.

For the 5.0 and 5.0.1 updates I have ended up doing manual installs via FTP. As well as not completing the updates – the default to unattended updates also is not available on this site (I have other sites where it is working).

Below I have copied the debug details from using Health Check in the hope that someone can please help me identify what is likely to be the issue.

Thank you in advance for any help.
    Adrian.

Ok. It appears that this was mainly an scheduling issue as the site has now automatically updated.
