core.json, manifest.json, are they normal files?

    I want to know if it is normal for these two files created by “Realy simple ssl” to exist, and I want to know if it is normal for it to appear almost every day that they have undergone some modification or update.

    core.json
    manifest.json

    both files were stored in the wp-content Uploads folder. When you open both files, only a bunch of letters appear.

    A few weeks ago my site was hacked, so I want to make sure they are normal.
