Core functionality broken

It’s a nice theme but it doesn’t show featured images on posts or pages and there are no settings to change that. There’s also no documentation about that and when I asked the developer, they just said that they only provide support for paid customers. I can’t justify buying a subscription if the free version doesn’t even work so I just switched to another theme and that fixed the problem.
