    I just installed this pluggin and I found that only three of the default page forms were created. I cannot assign forms that are not available. I cannot even create the forms myself because the “type” options are limited to the three pages that were created.

    This is something that should be in the free version. Can you please let me know how I can fix this? Or can you log in and fix this for me. I want to upgrade to the extensions but the basics should be working first.

    Please help.

    Hi @gizmorattler ,

    Do you see these three forms “Default Profile”, “Default Registration”, “Default Login” in Ultimate Member->Forms inside dashboard? Then its fine, all um paged doesn’t need forms but shortcodes, they should be created when plugins is activated with the shortcode inside. Please assign the correct pages in Ultimate Member->Settings->Setup inside dashboard.

    Thank you.

    Wow, thank you for your quick response. I do see all three of those pages, and I appreciate the clarity on the fact that not all pages need forms… Still, something is wrong, the shortcodes for the other pages are not being generated automatically. Therefore,when I do as you’ve advised and attempt to assign the pages, it does nothing on the front-end.

    I’ve even looked through your documentation in search of the shortcodes so that I may apply them to each page manually. But I could not find them. Could you possibly give me a list of the shortcodes for the pages that should have generated them automatically?

    Thank you kindly for your assistance on this.

    Hi @gizmorattler ,

    Here are the shortcodes

    Account page -> [ultimatemember_account]

    Password Reset Page -> [ultimatemember_password]

    User Page-> Use your default profile form shortcode.

    Members -> Use your member directory shortcode from Ultimate Member->Member Directory in dashboard.

    For Login & register page use the default Login & registration form shortcode.

    Logout page doesn’t need any shortcode , just assign the page. Hope this helps.

    Thank you.
