Jordy, I really love your plugins, but here I have to give you some feedback.

Contrary to your description the use of Copytrack is not really free.

Copytrack is starting to delete my account, because: “If you have never submitted a case to us, your account must be classified as inactive 120 days after your account is created. Then your account will be deactivated and soon be deleted. If you do not have any claims with us but would like to continue using our service, you might consider subscribing to our upload plans.”

As small private user I thought I could use Copytrack free till an image was identified as “stolen”. But that is – as you can see above – not the case. I can imagine your plugin with a paid plan of Copytrack will be great for “heavy” and professional users, but not for me.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mahyulan,

Oh okay, I see! I don’t really follow up with Copytrack, they use to be completely free, and I don’t think they were disabling accounts. I made this plugin to facilitate uploading images to Copytrack, and my plugin is free; and I believe creating an account at Copytrack is still free by default, and you can submit cases and earn some money without spending anything (I actually did, for 20-30 images).

Thanks for keeping me updated, as well as the other users ??

    Hi Jordy,

Thanks for you quick response. Your plugin is great, but unfortunately the CopyTrack policies are not suitable for small users that have no hit(s) yet. They are going to delete my complete account.

From the email that I received yesterday: “After we have set your account to inactive and there is still no activity, we will soon start deactivating or completely deleting your account. During this process we would delete all your current hits.”
