Copyright problem in plugin, stolen code

How can i report one plugin to WordPress?
I have non-free plugin which is sold in one marketplace. And one user here purchased it, made some changes and put www.remarpro.com plugins page.
I have evident facts about it but i don’t know how i can report WP about this copyright issue. [email protected] this email doesn’t work and returns mailer daemon error.
