Copying Text with Colour does not Work

  • When I try and copy text from my PC which is located in a PDF that has some text in different colours into a new post, the text looses all the colours and becomes black.

    I have a Linux PC, using Firefox browser and I have also tried Edge.

    I have also tried using the classic editor and that has the same problem.

    I realise it might not be a wordpress issue but Linux.
