Copying code to make similar site?

I’ve not tried it myself, but looks like that site may be using this plugin.

I’ve tried to do a similar thing with my website an clone the code into a new one.
the original website is https://www.ebook-store.eu
the copied website is https://www.fullebooks.com

Now my problem is that some parts of both website stay common and I don’t know how to fix this.
