The company site is designed before I was hire. There is a form that I want to copy from the existing website and move to the website. The problem is I have no idea what it is created with. I tried installing wpform and I don’t think it is created by wpform so I can’t copy it. Any suggestion

I’m a little irritated. Are you talking about 2 websites? And are you talking about a form in the frontend or the one in the backend?

Right now the form is only on one website. I am trying to copy it to a new site. I managed to copy and paste into the new site hosted on wplocal. The plugin loaded but I don’t know how to call it

    Just to clarify the terminology:
A website is a complete web presence with several pages.
A site (or page) is a single component of a website.

Are you saying that you have a form on website A and you want to transfer it 1:1 to website B? WordPress itself does not provide any forms. You would therefore have to check which plugin the form is built with.

The “Eno Form” plugin from your screenshot doesn’t mean anything to me, nor can I find anything about it on the internet. It may be someone’s own development. Presumably (and this is just a guess) it would be enough to download the plugin from website A and install and activate it on website B. But just a guess as I don’t know the plugin.

The “Eno Form” is a custom build plugin built by the previous developer/ India firm that we outsource to (I think). I can activate it just not sure how to call the plugin.

As this is a custom plugin, nobody here can tell you anything about it. You can only contact the developer or find a developer who will look at it for you. The latter would be possible here: https://jobs.wordpress.net/
