copy/clone a form?

Hi, first of all: I like the plugin. It’s easy to use and looks good at the frontend.
Two things however:
I cannot add it to a page/post with the button. The ‘add to post’ link seems to do nothing (i use only text editor, no visual editor, am on WP 4.2.2 with Yootheme warp 7 and Widgetkit 2). But I googled and found the shortcode to use, so I manage with that.
The other thing is, that I would like to be able to copy or clone an existing form, to create a new one without doing the work all over again (some dropdowns are pretty long, like from year 1960 till year 2015, which makes it time consuming to create such a form), but I cannot find where or how to do this.
All I could think of was export the form with WP importer/exporter, change a number, I thougt maybe post_type=ccf_choice' (which was #038 in the export) and import this. But that doesn’t work because I got a notification that the fields exist already and there’s no new form created.
Can you tell me how to do this instead?Thanks! Diane
