Copy webp images from another server

    Hi,
    first of all, thanks for Your fantastic plugin!

    Sadly my current server doesn’t support webp extensions to convert images and I can’t manage the service on another server too.
    My question is, if I copy my website to a server where I can generate the webp images, then I copy back just the webp images to my original server will it work?

    Hi George,

    Yes, it will work.
    You should then switch to the “Just redirect” operation mode.
    If you add new images afterwards, they will not be converted to webp – they will simply be served as jpeg (the redirection will not take effect, as there are no corresponding webp)
