The current capability to copy template styles doesn’t work very well. Trying to copy the whole template seems to convert element to HTML missing the proper shortcodes. Using the ‘Copy this element to’ function doesn’t seem super reliable either.

The only complaint i have for the plugin so far is how tedious this part is. It would be really helpful to have a master template to edit the common elements on every email, and then to allow individual edits of elements that aren’t shared between templates.

I’d say solving this will really up the usability of the plugin overall. As it stand the tedium of editing all the same things over and over could definitely turn people off. I don’t know exactly what the right solution is, just wanted to make this observation due to how tedious these edits are.

What i have noticed is that when using the ‘Copy this element to’ function, it does work if you stay in the same browser window. I usually work in two browser windows in split screen and refreshing to the template in another window does not show the copied elements. Perhaps most users don’t use multiple browser windows and won’t see the issue, but it could be good to note that this is how it works so they don’t think it’s broken.

Still would love a master layout, but it’s a bit faster now.

The export option for all templates is okay, but a lot gets lost. Oh well… Editing to adjust.

    Hi Glen,

After Copy Template, you will see HTML code. Don’t worry, please reload the browser and it will work fine. We will improve it in next update so you don’t need to reload the browser.
