Copy Site to a Subdomain

Hello, we want to copy an existing site on our Godaddy host from the root to a subdomain. We need the site to work from the root and subdomain as we are setting up a new instance of a plugin (businessdirectory.com) on the subdomain.
Can the Duplicator plugin help us accomplish the above? Thanks.
