Copy sent to form submitter

    H @ph59,

    You can always create new Email notification regarding this, and make sure that the “Recipient” field of your new Email notification has the email field assigned as shown in the following screenshot:

    Once configured, whenever a user submits the form, the email would get sent based on the email that they have entered in the form during submission.

    The above would be for Forms, for Quiz once you enable “Leads” you should be able to perform similar feature. Polls by default only have a feature to send email to admin.
