“Copy Selection Code” bookmarklet or extension

I don’t currently use the rich text editor on WordPress. I like it like that except for one thing. It takes few too many steps to get html text from something I see online into a post on my blog (I have to highlight, click view selection source, copy and then paste).

Does anyone know of a bookmarklet or extension that will let you highlight some text and then select “Copy selection source” right from the context menu or something?

That would be sweet
