    Hi there,
    have just upgraded to the latest version of AIOWP Security & Firewall on my test site and there seems to be a bug with the new Copy Protection function.

    My theme is Woothemes Canvas and I have a slider on the front page. When the Copy Protection function is enabled the front page slider and some of the images do not appear and the page keeps jumping and continuously refreshing in a loop.

    I have had to disable the function but would like to use it.

  • Seems like a javascript conflict. Can you share a link to your site (where you have the slider) so I can check?

    found the culprit it’s Easy Video Widget Box Plugin but not sure how to resolve the conflict.

    Hi KatieKat, if you are referring to the following plugin Easy Video Widget Box. I would suggest that you stop using that plugin since it has not been updated for quite some time. It also states that is only compatible up to WordPress 3.5.2 which is very old and very unstable.

    There are other plugins that will insert videos if that is what you need. Here is one you might like to try WP Video Lightbox.

    Sorry about this – removed Easy Video Widget Box but found a conflict with another plugin which I do need called Floating Social Media Icon by Acurax.

    Hi KatieKat, have you reported this issue with the Floating Social Media Icon developers? What does the error log say?

    Hi there,
    sorry not sure if I explained myself properly. When I enable Copy Protection the page is just looping and jumping on those pages where Floating Social Media Icon is.

    I’m a bit confused too as I’m not sure how Acurax would see it as their issue because the plugin is working fine. As mentioned there seems to be some conflict with the Copy Protection component.
