Copy over multisite?

No it does not have that functionality. I may add in multisite functionality sometime, but I haven’t been able to look at it yet.

Hi Shawn, you need Multisite Content Copier for that. It’s a completely different kind of plugin, not suited for duplication within the same site like Post Duplicator!
