Copy of Email Stopped working

Hello, I had a contact form where I send a copy to the user, and it used to work. It was not set up as a mail2 but with additional headers. It no longer does and the emails are not in spam. I tried then using mail2 like I found by searching the web, but that too doesn’t work. what could have changed? what is going wrong?
