Copy not wraping around images

I am inserting images in a pre-built template through the “Edit Post” panel in WP. When I insert an image the text wraps on one line at the bottom of image leaving a large white space for most of the image. I am adding the images through the “Upload/Insert” button. I have selected “Left Align” but it still doesn’t work. I am guessing there is something wrong or missing from the .css file, but I don’t know what.

Also, my thumbnails are not showing up on the home page.

Any ideas?
