Copy menu before content import?

Hi guys,

I wanna move my content from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com. I have already imported parts as a trial but one thing I am not sure about.

Should I create the menu the same way, same structure, before I do the import. Because it somehow seems, that the menu structure won’t get imported together with the content. Is that right?

What are the steps here so the menu works just like before and that the articles can be found via the menu?
