    What is the most easy way to copy gallery settings? I have few different target designs and need to copy settings from this source designs to all child gallery copies. Thanks!

    In out gallery settings you can find clone function. Every gallery could inherit settings from the source gallery.
    You can configure few galleries with design which you wish to create for all sections and use this items to copy this styles for other gallery items.
