copy existing category (with posts) to new category?

Hello,

I am looking for an easy way, other than manually, to duplicate a category. Where I take all the posts and content and copy them into a new category. For what I’m working on, each category has the same content, just slightly edited in the content. I just would like to be able to go in and copy it into a new category so that each post in the new category can be edited for the slight changes….rather than manually creating each new post in the new category.

Any ideas?
