Copy custom field to description post

Old versions of All in One SEO Pack actually used to do this automatically, but it became a problem because there are a few other plugins that use just ‘description’ for things still. You might be able to use SEO Data Transporter for this, or an old version of All in One SEO pack (1.x or early 2.x). Either way, I’d suggest backing up your site first.
