Copy bulk sub-domain to new multisite.

Hi,

I have a wordpress network with near about 2000 sub-domains. I want to copy/transfer few sub-domains (approx. 100) to new wordpress networks.

Currently, I have been exporting xml files from each sub-domain manually and importing it to new setup. Is their any kind of plugin/software/script which could ease out my work.
