Copy and scrollbar problems on all Internet Explorer versions

First off, this is a great plugin. Thanks a lot for making it! ??

Every version of Internet Explorer that I’ve tested (IE7 – IE11) has the following 2 problems with SyntaxHighlighter Evolved v3.1.11 WordPress plugin:

1. When you copy code from the site and paste it into Notepad (or wherever) all of the line breaks are removed.

2. Whenever the horizontal scroll bar is shown, it hides the last line in the code block so that it is not visible (i.e. the scroll bar sits over top of the textblock, instead of underneath it.

You can easily see these problems on my blog. Here’s one example page to look at. Try copying and pasting some of the code from IE, and shrinking the browser window so that its thin enough to make the horizontal scroll bars appear. You should notice both of the problems.

Everything works fine in Firefox and Chrome; it’s only Internet Explorer that has the problem as far as I know. I know that IE sucks, but there are still a lot of people who use it so it would be great if this could get fixed; unless I’m doing something wrong on my end that’s causing the problem?
