Copy and paste articles is not successes

What theme? Maybe your index file doesn’t have the_content tag in it?

So, are you saying if you type the content it’s OK, but if you copy/paste, the content doesn’t appear? Did I get it right?

MS is famous about putting all kind of very bad code into everything.

Is this a WP 2.0 install with the RTE?

RTE is the rich text editor. If you’re using WP 2.0, go to your user page and uncheck the “use rich text editor” near the bottom then try this all again.

That’s MS Word… not WP.

the problem is not solved yet, when I copy from microsoft word and paste it to WYSIWYG Editor , even If I clean the text, recently I have faced the following error many times:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www\ara_wordpress\wp-includes\class-IXR.php on line 513

How we could copy text from microsoft word and we faced this problem manytimes, something wrong with WYSIWYG Editor, we must consider this problem,and find some solution for it. I also faced that editor published the article in two kind of fonts, the half of this article by Tahoma and the second half with Times New Roman, streng.?!

Try removing pingomatic from the Update Services box .. ?

And copying from any MS product to any WYSIWYG editor will always cause problems.
