'copy a post' button

  • WordPress is talking about a new (very helpful) ‘writing helper’ which contains ‘copy a post’ and a ‘request feedback’ button. The ‘?opy a post’ button should be in post menu under ‘post tags’.
    I’m using WordPress 3.2.1 but don’t see the button or the writing helper.

    Can anyone tell me how to install or how to turn it on. It is not a plugin.
