copied template not working

The two files login_frm.php and reg_frm.php are called in the template geodir-signup.php, you can replace this template but there are easier ways… Please see here for more: https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/customizing-geodirectory-templates/

Thanks, that worked; I did not realize I should do all that coding for the template to be used, when placed in the child theme. Now it works fine.

I was now able to use the WordPress way when one forgot his password: WordPress lets you make your own password.
