Copied On All Outbound Emails

I recently installed this plugin and set up went very easily and works mostly as expected. However, every email notification WordPress / WooCommerce generates is being copied to the sender email address as well as the recipient. The sender email address is not listed within the email recipients.
My though was maybe it is sending to admin accounts but our admin email does not match. It could be the website email in Settings > General.
