Coordinator Add-On

I purchased the add-on but when I clicked on the link that was emailed to me it says “Sorry your link has expired”. I have emailed both “[email protected]” and “[email protected]” over the last couple of days and haven’t heard anything.
I would like my add-on ASAP.
